JOB SUMMARY
Be at the forefront of coordinating dynamic lacrosse and community events while fostering crucial relationships with tribal governments, community groups, and individuals. You’ll manage the varied administrative aspects of our programs in collaboration with management, including logistics, budget, equipment and supplies to ensure smooth operations while providing support to the Executive Director, Foundation Board, and Committees. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Events & Inventory: Builds event teams, coordinates clinics and fundraising events.
  • Visibility: Creates plan to expand 4TFF’s partnerships and visibility in lacrosse and other sports while maintaining community relationships in partnered areas.
  • Administrative: Communicates updates to the Executive Director, Board, and funders on events and partnerships; organizes internal meetings; ensures program compliance; resolves administrative inquiries; coordinates travel and expenses.
  • Grants & Fundraising: Coordinates monitoring and evaluation of grant-funded programs; maintains files and records; assists in fundraising efforts through activities such as seeking sponsorships, partner calls and cold calls
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Ability to travel up to 10 times per year, assist with event setup, logistics, and facilitation.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in grant writing and grant management preferred.
  • Experience working in indigenous communities is highly preferred.
