Chief Financial Officer

SALARY:

$95,000 to $120,000

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for coordinating and managing all functions and activities pertaining to Financial Analysis, General Ledger, Revenue, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Hard and Soft Count and the Cage, in accordance with the established policies, procedures and controls of the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Financial Strategy & Reporting: Developing long-term financial plans, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate financial reporting according to GAAP
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring strict adherence to gaming regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Operational Oversight: Managing departments such as Cage, Drop/Count, Purchasing, and Revenue Audit.
  • Executive Leadership: Acting as a key advisor to the CFO/Tribal Council to maximize revenue and operational efficiency.
  • Asset Management: Protecting company assets and optimizing capital allocation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 6 years in financial analysis or related area, preferably in the gaming industry
  • Minimum age requirement is twenty-one (21)
  • Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, expense analysis, cost benefit analysis and financial statement interpretation required.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related area from a four-year college or university; or six years related experience and or training; or an equivalent of education and experience. CPA preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable through the casino’s insurance carrier
  • Must be able to obtain and retain gaming license through Pit River Tribe Gaming Commission
