JOB SUMMARY:

The associate judge conducts proceedings as assigned and shall preside over all civil, criminal and juvenile cases; and arraignments as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • conducts proceedings as assigned and shall preside over all civil, Criminal, & juvenile cases and arraignments

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • must be a graduate from an accredited law school,
  • licensure as an attorney eligible to practice law in state jurisdiction
  • experience in the practice of law which includes court experience

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • experience in Federal Indian Law is preferable
