JOB SUMMARY:
As a member of senior-level management, administers all accounting activities, such as financial statements, budgets, accounts payable/receivables and payroll as well as general ledger and fixed assets and the associated controls of recording and maintaining of financial data.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administers all accounting activities within the policies and procedures of the organization.
- Responsible for compliance with the standards set out by Federal, State, and Local agencies.
- Responsible for compliance with the standards set out by Federal, State, and Local agencies.
- Responsible for meeting internal and external Financial Statements deadlines.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Finance
- Four (4) or more years’ experience in accounting.
- Requires two (2) years of supervisory experience.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- CPA or MBA preferred.
