HR Professionals wade through a lot of marketing material daily, including tools to determine learning and development needs and best communication styles to use for team members, etc. What are your “go to” assessments along with the pros and cons?

    Gallup Strengths is my personal favorite. I learned how to facilitate 1:1 and team trainings with Gallup Strengths. It provided a common language for the team. Additionally, I find it can really help a person look inward on their own traits while also understanding their team members’ strengths.

    The drawback to this training module is that it is costly to obtain certification.
