$57,184.19 – $71,480

JOB SUMMARY:

HR Administration:

  • Administer various HR plans and procedures for employees.
  • Assist in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain the employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions.
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are compliant with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer the compensation program and monitor the performance evaluation program.
  • Revise compensation and performance evaluation programs as necessary.
  • Review and facilitate approval and processing of pay changes and other changes to employee status.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

  • Administer various HR plans and procedures for employees.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of experience, or associate’s degree and three (3) years’ experience, or high school diploma or GED and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience.
