Each board member serves four-year terms and may be re-elected for unlimited terms. Per bylaws, the seated board may appoint board members if there are vacancies during an elected board member term. (New bylaws change board member terms).
Board members must be a NNAHRA member in good standing per bylaws. Nominations and elections occur during the fall annual conference. Please go to www.nnahra.org to review the bylaws and outline of commitments the board requests before considering an elected position.
The Advisory Committee is a group of professionals serving Indian County appointed by the Board for two-year terms. Areas of expertise includes law, technology, education, philanthropy, and finance. Advisors serve the Board in their profession to support and round out the needs to successfully operate the association and foundation.
