Tribal Management Professional (TMP) Certification

The TMP certification is a three-day, in-person program that builds practical management skills in a culturally relevant context. The course includes modules on:

• Talent Acquisition

• Behavioral Interviewing

• Performance Evaluation

• Employee Engagement

• Leadership Development

This is a hands-on program designed for current and emerging leaders at all levels, including HR and Training professionals who want train-the-trainer support. Participants must attend all three days, and certification is earned by completing a 50-question exam on Day 3 with a minimum score of 65%.

To maintain certification, participants must complete at least 24 hours of NNAHRA-approved education every two years.
