JOB SUMMARY:

Under the supervision and guidance of the Technical Compliance Manager, the Surveillance Tech Support will manage the installs, configurations and make repairs to the surveillance system and ancillary support programs, systems and applications within the surveillance operations, including but not limited to, the surveillance main system components, stereopairs, Assist matrix, encoders, power supplies, time/date generation system, recorders and hard drives, panic alarms, desktop controllers and monitors, mapping programs, LPR system and its wireless components, the UPS system maintenance oversight, troubleshooting and diagnostic testing of cameras, overseeing installations and repairs of cameras, supervising the routine maintenance program for all surveillance equipment and cameras, completing documentation on all equipment malfunctions and repairs, Assist Information Technology team members in resolving surveillance computer and communications issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking protocols with experience of local area network best practices, prior digital surveillance system networks, configurations, administration, and knowledge of casino gaming practices.
