JOB SUMMARY:

POSITION SUMMARY The Grant Administration Manager is responsible for managing the administration of grants, including ensuring accurate and efficient collection and reporting of grant data. Additional responsibilities include the maintenance and oversight of workflow processes and procedures, and grant compliance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generates high-quality proposals, narratives, applications, and supporting documents in response to solicitations consistent with all policies and procedures of the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians, and the requirements and guidelines of the funding agencies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Management, Journalism, Sociology, Planning or a closely related field and a minimum of ten (10) years full time experience in grants/contracts administration, including program development, fundraising, grant writing, compliance and auditing/monitoring or a minimum of fifteen (15) years full time experience in grants/contracts administration, including program development, fundraising, grant writing, compliance and auditing/monitoring.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with Native American funding, taxes, revenues, and not-for-profit accounting in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, OMB Circulars A-133, A-110 and A-122, TANF program regulations and compliance requirements, and appropriate Code of Federal Regulations sections is preferred.
