JOB SUMMARY:

The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that Rolling Hills Casino complies with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards and internal controls of policies and procedures. This includes but not limited to software verification using Kobetron PRO, accepting both inbound/outbound EGM shipment, maintaining inventories of Software through GLI Iris and Excel for State Audits, random audits of every department to ensure compliance with NIGC MICS and Internal controls, mitigate compliance risks within the casino, report violations, receiving patron jackpot disputes and seeking voluntary resolutions of complaints. Investigates and reports deficiencies and/or violations and conducts follow-ups to ensure implementation of appropriate corrective action. Certifies that gaming equipment complies with regulatory technical specifications. Works closely with the Slot Technician department to assist in machine installation, conversions, and RAM clears. Performs Coin Tests to ensure all machines are reporting properly to our accounting system. Reports to Technical Compliance Manager and aids in any request.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keeps Technical Compliance Manager and Executive Director informed and updated on all situations and activities within the Compliance Department.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate Degree or 2-3 years’ experience in Regulatory Compliance

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 21 years of age.
