Our mission is to create opportunities through responsible development, strategic planning, and community-focused initiatives.Summary: The General Manager of GRD provides visionary, innovative leadership across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing strategic planning, policy approval, resource allocation, and operational oversight to ensure the organization’s success. The General Manager fosters strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintains ethical business practices, and upholds organizational standards to achieve long-term economic growth and sustainability.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, or a related field.
  • Fifteen (15) years of experience in operations management or development in roles of increasing complexity.
  • Ten (10) years of experience managing a large team of employees.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s degree in business management, finance, or a related field.
