Navigating the complexities of family and medical leave requests can be challenging for HR professionals. From determining eligibility and reviewing medical certifications to communicating effectively with employees, leave management requires both compliance knowledge and practical workplace strategies.

This session will explore real-world approaches Tribal HR professionals can use to confidently manage leave requests, support employees, and minimize disruptions within the workplace. Participants will gain practical insight into handling common leave scenarios, improving documentation practices, and strengthening communication between HR, employees, and leadership.
