JOB SUMMARY:
Pauma Band of Mission Indians is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Grants Development Manager to join our team. The Grants Development Manager is responsible for researching, developing, writing, and managing grant proposals to foundation, corporate, and government funders. This role collaborates closely with leadership, program staff, and finance to align funding opportunities with organizational priorities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in grant writing and management for tribal/federal government or non-profits, with a track record of successfully securing and managing grants
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
