JOB SUMMARY:
The Vice President of Community & Behavioral Health is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of the organization’s community & behavioral health services. This executive role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs and services to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. The VP of Community & Behavioral Health collaborates with other senior leaders to integrate community & behavioral health services across the organization and drive initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and organizational performance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Social Work, Health Care Administration, or related field and ten (10) years’ experience. The experience required for management positions will be inclusive of at least seven (7) years of supervisory experience and five (5) years of senior management experience.
