JOB SUMMARY:

The Elementary School Education Liaison is responsible for monitoring all Native American elementary school students in the Red Wing School District #256.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor all elementary school students in Red Wing School District #256 which will include Twin Bluff, Burnside, and Sunnyside Elementary Schools during school hours and after school tutoring if needed
  • Responsible for monitoring daily attendance and academic progress of all students enrolled with the Prairie Island Indian Community and report to parents or guardians of students, both verbally and written

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
  • Teaching license or minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
