JOB SUMMARY:

The Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) is establishing a new Human Resources Team that supports a community-based health clinic. We are seeking Human Resources professionals with government/healthcare experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HR practices with a focus on professional, goal-oriented human resources skills to fill several HR roles. Use your professional experience to perform various functions for assigned department(s) or divisions. We are establishing a new team and have multiple positions available.

Seeking to fill: HR Manager, HR Business Partners, HR Specialists

As an HR Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive direct impact on a community by developing strategies and nurturing meaningful relationships with directors, administrators, managers, supervisors and employees/potential employees.

What you need:

EDUCATION:  Associate’s degree to qualify for Specialist, Bachelor’s degree to qualify for the HR Business Partner, and HR Manager. Degrees in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or other closely related field is required.

EXPERIENCE: All positions require a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Human Resources. Business Partner and HR Manager positions require up to an additional five (5) years’ of progressively responsible HR experience. The HR Manager requires an additional two (2) years’ of supervisory or management experience in Human Resources.
