JOB SUMMARY:

  • Conducts thorough clinical examinations and interprets radiographs to diagnose dental issues, focusing particularly on the pulp and surrounding tissues.
  • Performs root canal therapy, including complex cases, and other endodontic treatments like apicoectomy and treating dental trauma.
  • Diagnoses and treats tissue and nerve issues through root canal therapy and other methods.
  • Performs pulp treatment including but not limited to pulpotomy, pulpectomy, and pulp regeneration.
  • Uses local anesthesia to ensure patient comfort during endodontic procedures.
  • Addresses dental emergencies, focusing on pain relief and saving teeth through endodontic treatments.
  • Works in collaboration with other dental specialists for comprehensive patient care, particularly in cases requiring advanced endodontic treatments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Dental Medicine (DMD) from a school approved by the Council on Dental Education, American Dental Association (ADA) or other dental school.
